Well I will have both soon.
This is such a subjective thing.
If you are wondering between them both to get.
Best thing is to sit down and write down what's the most important things you need.
Stuff you don't want and stuff you would like.
If cameras are really important, you'd probably look at the S22 Ultra
Multitasking, Z Fold 3 is excellent etc
Then find somewhere that has them on show to get hands on with them. Somewhere like a Samsung Experience Store
Hard to definitively know without knowing what you like really. The type of phones you normally go for or have now.

Take a look on YouTube for some really good 1st impressions and reviews of both phone's.

Do have some hands on with both phone's in a store and look at some tech sites such as sammobile.com.

Each phone has it's merits.
