Has anyone figured out how to move the current playing media from the second 'pull down' to the first 'pull down' notification tray thing?
Basically so I only have to pull the notification tray down once to see it, not twice

My Z Fold 5 showed it in the first pull down. Tried moving it, editing the layout but no luck 🙁

Thanks

Think you need to just enable live notifications in the now bar settings.

You must tap live notifications

With separated notifications and quick panels music player is always on the top on both panels

@calvvvv, I'm not going to lie, this has me a little stumped. I've tried to fiddle around with the settings on my phone to see if anything I do shows me the same error message as in your last pic, but nothing works (or doesn't work, as the case may be).

Have you tried to soft reset your phone, just to see if this clears the issue? To do this, just press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons on your phone until it restarts.

This is error? I thought this is only settings search, without choosing right settings (live notifications) 😳

Oops,  I didn't saw error message on bottom 😬

Maybe live notifications can't work on one (together) panel 🤔

Strange isn't it! As I say my zf5 worked absolutely fine and when I set this phone up I copied all the settings across so you'd think it would work. I haven't soft reset it no as I dont want it to wipe any data

Carrying out a soft reset won't delete any data from your phone, it will basically just give it a full restart (similar to turning your phone off and on again), so you're perfectly safe to give it  a try. 🙂
