Fold 4 worse battery / performance since One UI 5 update.

I've been having noticeably worse battery life on One UI 5 than before the update. I've also noticed performance in general just feels worse with more dropped frames etc. The phone also regularly gets warm to the touch when doing little other than general use, whereas previously would only ever get warm when using intensive applications e.g games. 

Noticed a lot of other posters on Reddit discussing the issue. Certainly share the feeling of regret in updating.

Have you tried options such as > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
