Since updating my new z fold 3 I can't seem to update any apps

What's happening when you try to update?
Is it Samsung App store that's the trouble or Google play store?
Is it both app stores.
Is it certain apps that are the issue or all apps?
When did you update your phone and is it on the latest January software update.
Have you tried shutting down your phone and powering it back on via the power button.
Could be you may need to clear the cashe partition on the phone.
Just look up the instructions online for your phone on doing this

I have tried all that its all apps on Google play store and Samsung. Yer Jan updates

You may need to hook up to a computer to be able to get to the recovery menu and or plug in your earphones.

Also sometimes Safe Mode helps ~ https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Use your devices optimisation tool in your device care settings too which may help.

A very last resort would be a back up and factory reset.
