I got new phone I opted to keep my old number. But for some reason some people have my old number still but some have my new number that came on the sim. Don't know why. Help please.

Put your old sim in the new phone that has your original number on it.

Remove the new sim and also double check with your mobile network that you haven't inadvertently opened up a 2nd line that comes with a new number.
