Flip offer not given

Hi has anyone just bought the flip 4 with promotion for watch Disney plus and tab pack. I sent screenshot to Samsung from their own website showing that was the offer and they said its out if their hands as offer should just be on fold. Its just the tab pack I'm missing they are refusing to send it even though I have the screenshot to prove I was offered it before I bought it

Offers start and finish at certain times and different stockists also have their own promotional offers at times
