I purchased a flip 4 during pre-sale on Aug 10 with trade-in of flip 3 which brought down the price to 100$. It's been more than 2 months (Oct 16 today) and the flip 4 never got delivered. I called customer service over 10 times, most times they say that are escalating the issue and some other times they say that they we will refund me. Neither of these worked. Now they try to sell me the flip 4 phone without the pre-sale deal.
