This website tells me that my code is not found. I tried to call customer service but all I got was a robot giving me completely useless guidance. What should I do?

I have been having the same issue. Called 0330 726 7467 and they said my order was delayed till 10th september. However got an email today saying my order will be delivered tomorrow.
