Flip 4 pre-order

Hi all, i need some answers, because the samsung online chat was just waste of time. I pre-oedered the flip 4 on the 13th and dpd sent an e-mail that the package is with them, and the will deliver it on the 19th. Because we were on a holiday, requested the delivery for today, 23rd. The cases arrived, but not the phones. On the chat they said it will be delivered on the 26th only. 

So my question is, that anyone else got the phone yet, or they really will be delivered on the 26th?

I pre-ordered a Flip 4 on Friday and it was delivered by DPD yesterday - it was supposed to arrive on Sunday but delivery got delayed by a day
