Bespoke and website exclusive colour phones will take longer to get.
My Red S22 Ultra took 6 weeks. With the website exclusive colour, it's a 4 week wait and you have that notice when you order
Personally I wouldn't bother contacting the customer support team as they can't tell you anymore than you have on the order tracking details.
Can't complain either as that gets no where
I've spent so long on the phone with the stressful experience of dealing with them
It's the one thing that Samsung needs to improve for me. Just a little information to update your order status would be all that's needed.
Just a case of being patient and waiting I'm afraid.
