Flip 3/ Fold 3 Screen protector fitting prices

Hey all, 

Tried phoning my local Samsung Experience store to get a price for getting a screen protector fitted on a Flip3 and a Fold3 to no avail, they keep putting the phone down on me after being sat on hold for 20+ minutes. Anyone has had any experience with doing this who can help out or any Samsung mods who can jump in on this?

If you are calling your local experience store directly, they probably don't have anyone specifically answering the phone. So at busy times would be hard to get through. Probably times out at a certain point
Best if you go into the get help section on the Members App and contact the customer support team.
They should be able to book you an appointment or if there's a mobile service in your region. Book you for that if it's available

Nope,  they did that for me. I traveled 2 hours to one of their stores that I had an appointment for and they gave me the runaround too.

The only thing we can do is to continue to destroy their reputation. 

Samsung sucks. Absolutely no satisfaction only a continuous no stop maze of handoffs.
