@J4ney: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue? Please can you confirm the model number of your Fold or Flip device? In the meantime, please try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together until the phone restarts, to see if this resolves the issue? Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings
