FIP Z 3 beeping when phone on silent and DND (WIRELESS CHARHING)

Hello,

My phone has been beeping (3 beeps x 3) in the middle of the night while on charge and on DND and on silent. 

Notifications and sounds are off. 

There is no notification when this happens.

Last time this happened when my phone got wet and it wouldn't charge (its charging fine)

Any ideas?

Switch it off at night, you can still it while it's off.

this also happened to me and now wireless charging isn't working. Any help appreciated
