Hello all.

I am due to upgrade on the 15th of September and I am wondering if my Fold 3 will be accepted. The phone is in pretty much perfect condition bar the odd wear and tear mark but nothing out of the ordinary.

My concern is I had to remove the inner screen protector as it was starting to bubble up down the crease and was looking a mess, the phone screen is in perfect working condition though and there hasn't been an issue with removing the protector.

Will it be accepted without it?

I'm going to say that it should be OK
They are looking for heavy scratches. Cracked screen or back panel
They will make sure it operates
Screen protector should not be a problem

They charged me £150 for the pleasure of living with it and not removing mine like you have.

It was deemed to be a cracked screen returned like that. I'd rather be in your shoes let us know how you get on

Right, my device was checked and completed today, no mention of any issues.

My new problem is my Klarna payments never paused so now my hopes are balanced on them settling the account before my next payment is due.

Right, final update. 

All done and completed today, Samsung cleared the finance.
