Hi

Just a quick query.

When I have just the one sim active I noticed that the reception is pretty good.

As soon as the second sim or ESim is activated so that there are two working the reception on both drops significantly.

All sim cards are on different networks.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

I have a Samsung fold 4 phone.

Hi @muhammed1966

Not on my model of phone i.e both network signal connections work independently of each other.

I see a bit more battery usage as the phone is maintaining two connections.

Dual sim phone's will only accept two physical sims or one physical sim and one esim.

Try swapping the two physical sims around and then see what happens @muhammed1966

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
