Wondering if anyone has progressed beyond the first confirmation email, which also says it can take upto 45 days.

Concerned as I bought 4 items factoring £600 cashback, if it is not paid where do we stand?

That's certainly a good return on your purchases via the promotional Samsung Cash Back offer.

One of the Terms says " 

  1. If the Claim is deemed to have missing information, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information to validate their Claim within seven (7) days of the email and SMS being sent. If no response is received, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.  "

So if there was an issue one would think Samsung would make contact.

You can also track the progress of the claim via https://2021.samsungpromotions.claims/giftsthatgiveback/en-GB/track-claim 

" To check the status of the Claim Participants may visit UK .

So as long as you've followed the claim process you should be OK.

Yes it is paid out, I have sent ALL the required information now just waiting a payment.

My concern is if I have met all the T&Cs and it is not paid then surely it is a breach of the original offer, contract.

I submitted a claim on 8th December and am still waiting for the payment. When I use the track claim website, it says provisionally approved and that the cashback will be paid within 45 days, it's been 26 days for me so far.
