Have you done a Hardware Test, @Easty? Dial *#0*# and select all the colours you see. Does the issue persist?

Also try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and then back On @Easty
If this fails along with also rotating through the colour panels explained by @CarlH then you'll need to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.
