Wow.. Do Samsung actually care about the Customer after the sale.
8 days and the phone screen went black accross the centre of the phone and then bled black over the full screen.
Was told by Samsung, whom i actually bought the phone from that i am not covered under the warranty as it had "physical damage"
I asked this to be escalated, which will take a further 2 days for a call back... Wow thats the escalation. Three times i have been told they will send the photos of the damage, and now i was justb told by customer care this morning that they cant as " I am not admin" and it has been escalated so now she cant send them.
I asked for the phone No of the service repair company that they chose, she supplied the phone number of TMT First. Been on hold for 2hrs now...
