Sure buddy, it happened to me too with my W 5 pro and the wonderful claim Team lady who supported me said, its a system fault with that link
Obviously it took me 5 attempts to by pass the useless automated answer system, once I learned the system, I got connected to A real human being, who throughly assessed my details /account information and million other things and then immediately after the process I received claim acknowledgement email.. Yeppeeee and waiting time is 45 days.. That's NOT yeeepee
