Claim free gifts for Galaxy Z Fold 4 all at once in the Samsung Store

Hi, 

I pre-ordered a ZFold4 on the online store to pickup this Monday at King's Cross Samsung Store in London. Is there any chance I can collect the free gifts (note starter pack and buds 2 pro) at once with the smartphone?

It has to be claimed online. You will need the IMEI for the phone to do so. Have you received any confirmation of dispatch ?

They'll likely wait until after the 30 day return window has passed so people don't just try and get free stuff then return the device

No u have to get claim online. The buds take up to 45 days saying that I got the starter kit today and I had my fold since Wednesday. So super fast on the kit
