charge to mobile bill

Hi  up untill the 13/2/22 I could you use charge to mobile phone bill and PayPal. they have now both come off my account and I can't find any way to added the back on. 

I have contacted my mobile phone provider and they have said it is nothing on there end stop it?

Usually a charge to bill is a feature of your mobile contract and isn't governed by your phone @Marthanne 

I would suggest to ask your networks customer service to check your account again. 

You could even as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and try again.

thanks but my PayPal account has also come off my Samsung account and I can't add it back on either.
