Hi,
I'm trying to register for the blackfriday cashback for a Proximus Galaxy Z Flip 5 on your promo page (Belgium).
Once I'm connected with my login and password on the website I can go to the form to fill in with my personnal information but there i'm unable to select or fill in any product in the "_your product information".
I tried with 2 different browsers, a lot of possible wanted information on the product (like the model with EAN code) , nothing works. It's like your form doesn't work and has been wrongly coded.
Can you test it out and come back to me once it's solved ?

the error is in red on the right side=> Modelcode:_ProductNotFound
