Cant hear caller ZFlip

Hi, I have the Samsung ZFlip3 and I have started to not be able to hear callers. I've tried disconnecting WiFi calling, done a factory reset and checked all of the settings, and it did work briefly last night, but now the issue is back. I haven't done anything since the reset. Has anyone had the same issue and what did you do to fix it?

May I ask >

  • Is this issue happening elsewhere or in a particular place ?
  • Is this happening with all your calls or with a particular contact ?

Troubleshooting ideas >

  • Settings > General Management  > Reset > Reset Network Settings. 
  • Try your sim card in another phone to help rule out your current phone or your sim card as the possible issue.
  • Try another sim card in your phone.
  • There is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.
  • A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can check out the phone.
