I click add to 'samsung upgrade' service but it doesnt add it to the basket or have it as a payment option on the next screen. I've tried this on my phone and on laptop using different browsers. I've spoken to samsung help chat and they couldn't fix it. Everything works fine if I try to order a different phone - the problem seems to only happen when trying to order the Z Flip3.

I'm wondering if the Samsung Z Flip 3 isn't available an an eligible model for you to choose @Trunkie88
