Hi so I seen the black Friday deal on the fold z 3 does anyone know why I can't use the deal on my upgrade program.
It will let me on upgrade program but not my existing one.

I've not been on the upgrade programme personally but if you look at the small print or terms and conditions you may find the answer or an email or phone number to contact Samsung directly.
