App folder colour

I have just received my Z fold 3 to replace a Galaxy S20+ and I just can't work out how to change the colour of the folders that I store my apps in. My old phone used to have a coloured circle to the right of the + sign by when I clicked on a folder, but I can't see anything like that on the Fold - there is just a + sign to add apps to the folder. Can anyone advise if it is possible to do this? I vs any betti piece that it isn't, but I've tried everything! Many thanks.

I'm not sure why your not seeing this option.

Here are a couple of screen shots from my Fold³.

 

See the little black circle next to the + icon.

Press that and I see...

 

These options pop up.

Hi I can't see the colour changing button as well in my note 10 5G
