Annual upgrade program

Hi Everyone 
I have recently upgraded my phone under annual upgrade programme. I got Zfold 3 from Note 20 Ultra. So I have received new phone on 30th December but I have not received a letter with return package. I checked my last year's email and found a confirmation email from the trade in team about order completion and posting letter to return my old phone, however this time I haven't yet. 
Has anyone else ever had similar situation.

@KR1: If you haven't received your pre-paid packaging to return your Note 20 Ultra, then please reach out to MTR Group at helpdesk@samsungrecycle.co.uk to explain the situation, and an advisor will be able to look into this for you. 

For your peace of mind, you have up to 5 working days from the receipt of the returns packaging materials to return the existing handset.

Hi. I got an email from Samsung and the only option I was given zfold3 and flip. I usually get an email in every December. Thank you
