Hi

I'm thinking of getting a z fold 3, are they OK? I've heard alot of negative comments but really would like one.

Your thoughts please

Thanks in advance 👍

Me personally
I really liked mine. Worked great and didn't have any problems.
I think keeping it clean and especially the inner screen.
Think a lot of issues with the screen protector on the inner screen, being a plastic. It can be affected by some elements, like possibly cosmetics.
Not shutting the phone by pressing the screen would be a good one.
For me the phone is robust and it's the same with my Z Fold 4

Nothing is infallible, and problems can arise.
So if buying one I definitely want some sort of insurance for it.
It's expensive after all

I love my z flip 3. No touch screen issues. In fact my wife traded her phone in for a flip 3. Not sure if the fold 3 has issues that the flip doesn't have but I would think not.

Hello @Stevejack

I've owned the Samsung Z Fold³ since it's launch date in the UK and I've had zero issues with the phone in regards to how it operates, and how the hinge works etc.

The factory fitted screen protector did delaminate.

That does not mean this happens on every model.

I now use the phone without one.

The phone comes into it's own when the phone is unfolded to watch films and YouTube etc.

The inner screen is gorgeous.

Media Consumption on this phone is tremendous.

The front screen acts fully as a working display too.

On forums you will see negative experiences as that's the nature of forums.

Many more sign up to vent than people do to complement.

I'd suggest to check out YouTube reviews and have hands on in a Samsung Experience Store or Network Highstreet Store.

Enjoy the journey 😎
