I have had Samsung most of my life and as they say YOU don't know what is covered until it goes wrong.
Samsung have the monopoly to charge you £539.00 for a new screen NOT smashed apparently my misuse of the mobile but only their repairs department to say I am at fault.
I would NEVER have taken off over 250gb of data from my mobile have discussions and send photos to then be told NOT COVERED UNDER THE TWO YEAR WARRANTY
