Check with any relevant Network Online Checker to see if there is any mast disruption in your local and surrounding area.
You could speak eith your network support team to ask too.
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone ?
And if possible another sim card in your phone ?
You can try troubleshooting such as Settings, General Management, Reset, Reset Network connection.

If it's a sim card issue then your network can process a sim swap to replace it.
