2 weeks of using the samsung Galaxy Z fold 3 and a lovely screenburn is starting to develop on the right side of the main screen. Nice!  Now i am at the mercy of samsung customer service team who will inevitably put me into a wild goose chase trying to chase my replacement. Wish me luck gentlemen

I would say that's more of a bad case of screen uniformity issues, I have sent back endless handsets due to this problem although mine have not been nowhere near as bad as that, OLED screen are like a lottery you get some good ones and some bad, you have not gone over your 28 days so just return it and start again, I had to do that with my S20 luckily the S21 was a good handset first time round

Yeah, should be able to swap it for a new and sealed unit. Not for a repair or refurbished unit.

You should have no problem whatsoever getting a replacement, we can see by the pictures you got a faulty unit, hope you get your replacement swiftly, keep us posted on how you get on.
