12 months Disney+ Code and Samsung Galaxy Store voucher not working (Z Flip 5)

Hi, I purchased the Z Flip 5 from Curry's store and I got the device yesterday.

All seems to be going great apart from the promotions.

Disney+ code and Samsung Galaxy store voucher both fail to appear when you select redeem on Samsung Boost.

I spoke to Samsung on the phone that day and they remoted into my device clearing the cache of Google Chrome and even created me a new Samsung account but that still did not work.

This has now been escalated to another department and could take up to a week to hear back from them.

Yes i'm having the same issue after buying direct through Samsung, I'll give it a week then hopefully the glitch will be sorted.

Yes!  Pleased to say the Samsung website which gives out Disney+ codes is now working.

I used Samsung Boost App/Samsung Web Browser, and had to try it twice before the "Claim" and "I am not a Robot" appeared.

After this, redeemed the code without problem.  Thanks Samsung.

I'm going through this with Samsung at the moment too after buying a tab S9 ultra direct. I'm awaiting a call back in a few days for a remote session. I fail to see why they Need to remote to the tab however. Will wait and see.
