£100 voucher not valid

Received a £100 voucher with Z Fold 4, when I enter it on the checkout page to discount a watch, I just get a message in red 'enter valid discount code'.

Very frustrating. Anyone else had this?

Make sure that you put the code in correctly.
Like capital letters etc the same. Sounds obvious I know, but so.e don't realise.
Also if you used it to see the discount but didn't purchase. May have affected it by using the code

Also don't leave a space at the end, leave the cursor next to the last digit/letter

Yep, make sure you've put the right code in of course. Also make sure you've a good stable Internet connection at the time too.

Have you tried writing to Samsung Support? Live Chat 24/7.. What do they say?

I couldn't get support before 10pm when they clock off.

I'm trying to use the code on the epp store, managed to get it to register as valid, but it puts the price up when I use it on checkout!

I can only think it's not valid with epp discounts or trade ins... ?

You have to spend at least £100 before the voucher is valid. And no special discounts are allowed - such as a student discount.
