Bought a Z flip and the screen had a defect and I was asked to pay Aed 2000 for the repair cost. I am a fan of Samsung but really disappointed of this experience.
Will never purchase any Samsung products anymore and will let all my family and friends about this terrible treatment and urge them to stop buying Samsung products!
