Hi, can anyone tell me why all of a sudden i cant use whatsapp, for some reason it keeps cutting out & i cant hear.. even worse on a video call.. please help if you can.. my internet is stong so that aint the problem
hi try clearing the cache for WhatsApp this can be done by- opening settings - apps - scroll down to WhatsApp - storage - clear cache. hope this helps.
