weak battery/new battery .

I recently  replaced my battery in the galaxy s9 ,as I ran a diagnostics test via Samsung members app and it showed I had a weak battery, since replacing old battery with a new battery ran a test again. yet it shows the same. even thou its a new battery,  any idea???

Have you tried clearing the cache on the Samsung Members app? Also, did you replace your battery through Samsung or was it a 3'rd party phone shop?

hi I just cleared cache on Samsung members app and repeated test came back the same weak battery even thou its new , yes I purchased app through a 3rd party phone shop .

Probably an old stock cheap Chinese battery that they obtained from eBay. Take it back and have them replace it again (if they even replaced it to start with).

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.
