I would love to help you with this. Would you be able to tell me what phone and software version are you using? Are you trying to play this from the Voice Recorder app when that happens following the steps listed on this page? You can access this by following this link: How do I use the Voice Recorder app? | Samsung UK
I can also see that @-Robot- have provided you with the next steps to get this sorted. would you be able to give them a try and see if they sort the issue? You can reset this from the phone Settings> Apps> Menu (three dots top right)> Reset app preferences.
