Voice Mail notifation on S9+

Does anyone out there have trouble with voice mail notifactions NOT showing up in the notifaction area? Upgraded to the S9+ from a J3 Prime and since my notifaction that I have a ne voice mail doesn't show.

Is there a fix or is it a S9+ bug??
