Hi.
I have issue with skipped frames during 60hz video recording both in 1080p and with 4k. It is especially visible during panning.
It can be seen here on seconds 5, 15, 39, 45, 50, 1:01, 1:15, 1:22.
More or less it happens every 6-7 seconds.
Same with 1080p and with 4k
Problem is only during 60hz recording
Tried to record on internal memory and on Samsung Micro SDXC 256GB Class 10 EVO Plus U3 same result.
Tried to clear Camera app data and cache but same result.
Stabilization on/off same result.
Safe mode, same result.
HEVC format same result.
Low screen resolution, same result

Hi @StDietrich. Do you have any other apps open during the recording? We'd like you to try a Soft Reset. This doesn't delete anything from your phone, it fixes any minor issues that may be occurring. To do this, hold the 'Power' button and the 'Volume Down' button, both together for ten seconds and your phone will restart. Let us know if this fixes the issue.

Hi. Unfortunately it didnt help at all. As I have mentioned earlier problem exist even in "safe mode"

Thanks for letting us know, @StDietrich. Are you able to take your phone to a local Service Centre for an engineer to inspect? We were unable to replicate the issue here.

I think I will first go to Samsung flagman store and check if this problem exist on other devices. I will write here about my results.

Are you trying to replicate using an exynos S9?
My S9+ also does this and my wife's S9.
Same situation as OP, in any 60fps situation, it skips a single frame every 7 or so seconds.

Tried new S9+ in Samsung store. Exactly same problem. Seems that this problem is much more common then I thought
