Video calling on S9

I have just upgraded to a Samsung galaxy s9 from my s8 and I dont know how to get video calling on my s9 I've tried clicking on the phone icon and going to settings but there's nothing there about video calling also my s8 would cast and mirror via smart phone I am using the same WiFi connection to phone and TV but my s9 just won't cast yet my s8 did plus it also has video calling I can't understand when its an upgrade yet it feels like a downgrade please help me someone I'm stuck with this contact phone for 2 years 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Have exactly the same problem with my S9. Samsung repair center agent only realized his S9 had the same problem when I brought mine in. He failed to assist and suggested he would log fault with Samsung IT hoping some upgrade would resolve problem. No change to date and so disappointing.

Same problem. Turns out, mine is not a Verizon branded phone (bought unlocked version on Amazon). Since Verizon did not get the phone before it sold, it could not load the video calling software. Only fix, they say, is to buy another phone. No trade-in.

When I got my phone at Verizon I had it but after I payed my phone off I switched to metro n it's gone now

I had the same problem and it started when I switched to Criket. While I don't regret switching to Cricket I still wanted the video calling back. I have been using Google Duo and it is a great alternative.
