I dont have option to do video call

hi i cant do a video call. a didnit have the option in my phone , what i can do?

Hi there, @6EFULEV.

There are few phone networks that don't allow video calling. So we'd advise checking with your network provider on this one.

However, if it is available on your phone and just turned off, go to Apps > Phone App > More (3 dots top right) > Settings > Video Calling > Turn on.

This feature is usually driven by your Network Sim Card. 

Thus it might be beneficial to speak with your Neywork provider so see if they support the function and if so provision it on your account and clarify any additional charges if relevant.
