Unable to Cast to my smart tv

Hello.  I was using an app called Allcast and casting from my smartphone Galaxy S9 to my TV. It no longer works and I don't know why.  Tried other casting apps, tried restarting my phone,  restarting my TV, restarting my modem,  nothing seems to work.  Anyone know why I am no longer able to use this function?

What TV are you using @Friendlyuser ? 

 

Have you tried using Smart View?

I figured it out. Ended up unplugging my Smart TV to get it to reboot.  That fixed the issue.
