Can someone please help me? I dont know who to get support from, I have updated my Samsung s9 plus and I cant now lock it. The icons are terrible the colours are awful, but the main issue I have is the lock screen not working. Please can someone help? Settings have not changed, but it can now be unlocked with a swipe, even though I have enabled biometric, iris, face, fingerprint and password, anyone can now open it!!!!!!
