Trouble hearing calls

I'm having trouble hearing people on phone calls, they keep breaking up. The network is fine as other phones in the house work perfectly.

Hi @AJLOAL! 

Try testing the receiver by going to the phone dialler > enter *#0283# > Select RCV Packet Loopback ON (it may appear as either Start : RCV_1stMic or RCV_DualMic on some devices).

Say a few words as if you were on a call. If you hear your own voice, it's working correctly.

Also, make sure your software is up to date by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
