The volume of my S9 receiver is so low i can't hear anything.the speaker is fine

It was always low but happened after i cleaned the screen with sanitiser wipes.

Its meant to be waterproof.

It is meant to be water resistant not waterproof. Sanitisers contain chemicals so perhaps not an idea to use them. Place the phone somewhere where air can dry it out.

I did but no chanve so so low

Gently use a toothpick but use no pressure, just rotate it in case there's some residue, use compressed air or blow into the hole. Make sure to use a non metal object.

Thank you, i did try that but same problem remains. Do u think its a software or hardware problem?

I the receiver is working but the sound is incredibly low, you can only hear it if i am in an absolutely quiet room

Use a toothbrush or something, it did the trick on my old Galaxy A3 2017

Another thing you can try is blue tack, it worked really well for my phones speakers.
