The main problem is not Galaxy S9. The main problem is that when user create a request/report for a problem you take his rights and not give access to close the ticket for your self. Samsung emloyers close the ticket/delete user complains and evrething is OK. No! The problem countinue to remain. User need to test updates for himself only and after that only user need to have access to close the ticket.
