Press your multitasking key and then when the cards show press the app icon at the top of the card.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It's all changed now used to show two rectangles one on top of the other but they are no longer there.

I accidentally solved it!

You press the multitask window, then you have to tap the icon. On this first icon, It well then ask you to split it.

Then you just choose the other task you want to split.

Hope that helps. I have YouTube and chrome split as I'm writing this.

Cheers!

The above posts explain where it is when using Samsung One Ui/ pie @TommyLong

Press the recents button in your navigation bar which s the 3 little lines.

When your open apps cards show then tap on the app icon at the top of the card.

If the app supports split screen it'll react as such.
