I've been getting a ton of political text messages lately.
I've read up on how to prevent it and the only way seems to be either to download a new blocking type messaging app or to enable "spam protection" in the messages app inside it's own settings. The only thing is that I do not have it available there.
Just curious if anyone else does?
I checked my mother's phone and she has it, she hasn't been getting any of these political texts.
One came to me today and had a frickin video attached to it!! smh

If the texts have numbers attached then you should be able to use the native text blocking option.
Choose the text message
In regards to availability of settings sometimes different phone's can have different options and or if one phone has been bought from Samsung and another supplied by a Network then they can have different settings too.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Blocking doesn't really help as they come from different numbers each time. I got another 2 today. I bought my phone directly from Samsung so I assumed I would get all features. A bit aggravating...
