Show caller information - NOT working

Hi,

one of the most useful function of Samsung phones for me was always ability to see if someone who calls me have called or txtd me before. A few years ago these phones stopped displaying SMS messages in latest caller information, now it doesn't work at all.

As you can see the option is enabled but when I call from my other number I don't see any history:

This is also network driven @rosak  so it might be an idea to also speak with your mobile networks customer services too.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.
