Secure folder problem

For some reason I'm not being allowed to move my pictures of of secure. The tab that normally says move out of secure folder isn't there .

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is the option greyed out at all? Does it give you the option to 'copy'? Have a go at clearing the cache and then a Soft Reset (hold the Power button and the Volume-down button for a few seconds until your phone restarts).

The option is t there at all to select.

I got the same problem. Can move data into the secure folder but the option to move out is missing. Nothing greyed out. Option not there. Not sure if a recent upgrade is to blame and wondered if anyone else was it having the same problem. Thanks.

Hey @Blueovalboy @Fiberlightman!

Instead of going through the photo app (or the other ones) directly - go through the 'My Files' section of Secure Folder.

- Secure Folder > My Files > Images/Documents (etc) > More (Three Dots) > Edit > Select > More (Three Dots) > Move out of Secure Folder.

Thanks for the reply Tracey but i tried that b4 posting and it doesn't work  When I do as you suggested it shows the application in the secure folder but no data in the app.

I've just ended up deleting the app. It was the only way I could get my files out.
